How It Began

A kitchen full of
good things.

Marisse Patisserie started the way the best things do — in a home kitchen, with a lot of heart and a near-obsessive love of baking. What began as weekend cakes for family and friends grew, quietly and organically, into something more.

We found our home along the Transcentral Highway in Busay — a spot in the hills where the air is cooler, the pace a little slower, and where a warm cup of coffee and a perfect croissant feel exactly right. We wanted to create a place that felt like someone's home, not just another café.

Today, Marisse is a gathering place. For families celebrating birthdays, for couples on slow Sunday mornings, for friends who just need a good slice of cake and a proper conversation. Every pastry that leaves our kitchen carries that same intention: to make your day a little more delicious.

Our patisserie sits along the Transcentral Highway in Busay — a beloved escape in the hills above Cebu City. The cooler air, the mountain views, and the slower rhythm make it the perfect spot to slow down and savour something wonderful.

We're open Tuesday through Sunday, 10am to 10pm. Come for breakfast, linger for lunch, or wind down the evening with a slice of cake and a warm drink.
